Introducing the Top 5 Contenders for Hedland’s Big Pitch! 
After receiving a strong field of applications, we’re excited to announce the top five business applicants selected to progress in Hedland’s Big Pitch competition!
These standout businesses met all key criteria—demonstrating strong potential to address economic demand, create employment, improve liveability, and deliver innovative solutions. Over the coming weeks, they’ll participate in tailored workshops and mentoring sessions to sharpen their ideas ahead of Pitch Night.
From there, the top three will go on to pitch live at the Hedland Economic Forum on Wednesday 12th November 2025, where a judging panel and forum attendees will vote to decide the overall winner—taking home the $20,000 grand prize!
