We asked Britt three key questions in the lead-up to the Forum:
How long have you been in the Pilbara for?I was born in Hedland and have lived here for nearly my whole life (almost 30 years).
Where does your passion for the Pilbara come from? Tell us what drives you to do what you do?My passion and drive come from my family and my love for living in the “outback”, the friendly faces, the camping, and fishing, and the lack of traffic lights. I have four generations of family in Hedland and wish for them all to have access to quality health services despite our remoteness.
Tell us why you are excited to be a part of the Women of the Pilbara 2025?I am excited to hear how other businesswomen view and value the Pilbara, and how they have grown their businesses here. I’m also looking forward to learning about any upcoming opportunities and knowledge shared which would allow us to expand or improve our services.
