Speaker Spotlight – Women of the Pilbara Forum 2025
We’re excited to hear Michelle Radley at the Women of the Pilbara Forum 2025.
Michelle Radley is the General Manager of Rio Tinto’s Dampier Port Operations, overseeing a team of almost 500 employees in safely managing port operations and marine logistics across its Iron Ore’s terminals. With 16 years at Rio Tinto, Michelle has held leadership roles across operations, corporate, and functional areas.
She is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion and fostering a culture where safety, respect, and inclusion are at the heart of operational excellence. Her leadership is grounded in empathy, accountability, and continuous growth and she is committed strengthening Rio Tinto’s role as a trusted community partner, supporting thriving regional communities and meaningful local engagement.
