VALE Arnold Carter

We would like to extend our sincere condolences to Fran and family on the recent passing of Arnold.

Having lived in Hedland since 1960’s Arnold was instrumental in shaping the Port and driving export development. Serving on local government for 34 years and many other local organisations including the PHCCI . An entrepreneur at heart owning over 25 businesses with grand visions for the future for Port Hedland. As a long term Board member of the PHCCI Arnold was a key contributor in the development of the Web Business Hub and as history has it Arnold once resided at the property where the WEB now sits.
